Our Trainers, Yoga Instructors and Massage Therapists
Our trainers and instructors are certified by nationally recognized fitness and sports medicine organizations, or have had formal studies (college, degree) in exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology and anatomy.
Our yoga instructors have a minimum of 500 hours of training. And we are all committed to servicing our clients and helping them achieve their desired results.
After taking her first yoga class over a decade ago, Devon immediately realized a lasting effect on her body and mind. In 2012 she completed her first 200 hour teacher training, and has since taught thousands of public and private classes at some of LA’s premier yoga studios.
She is E-RYT 500 hour certified through Yoga Alliance and is also trained to teach Yoga with weights, TRX, circuit training, restorative yoga & meditation. She hopes to bring more yoga, fitness & wellness into the peoples lives who need it the most.

About Chris Carter
Chris Carter’s personal fitness journey started after an injury ended the beginning of an NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys. Afterwards, Chris’ goal was to stay in shape and commit to a life of wellness and fit and healthy living; and felt a strong pull toward helping others who also wanted to live their best fit and healthy life. And so began his career in the world of wellness, fitness, and healthy living.
Having had extensive studies in exercise physiology, human anatomy, and kinesiology in college, the fitness business and personal fitness training was the perfect fit. And 32 years later, and a staff of personal trainers, yoga instructors, and massage therapists, the passion for bringing overall fitness and wellness to others is even stronger.
