Our Trainers, Yoga Instructors and Massage Therapists

Our trainers and instructors are certified by nationally recognized fitness and sports medicine organizations, or have had formal studies (college, degree) in exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology and anatomy.

Our yoga instructors have a minimum of 500 hours of training. And we are all committed to servicing our clients and helping them achieve their desired results.

Devon Young

After taking her first yoga class over a decade ago, Devon immediately realized a lasting effect on her body and mind. In 2012 she completed her first 200 hour teacher training, and has since taught thousands of public and private classes at some of LA’s premier yoga studios. She is E-RYT 500 hour certified through Yoga Alliance and is also trained to teach Yoga with weights, TRX, circuit training, restorative yoga & meditation. She hopes to bring more yoga, fitness & wellness into the peoples lives who need it the most.
